Monday, March 17 – Officers of the Criminal Investigations Department are seeking public assistance in identifying perpetrators in the robbery of Bobby’s Supermarket in Cane Garden Bay early last night.

Reports indicate that around 9pm, a champagne coloured Suzuki XL-7 with no front licence plate drove up to Bobby’s Supermarket and two masked men in dark clothing, both carrying firearms, exited the vehicle. One entered the premises and demanded cash from the cashier while the other stood outside. Both suspects then fled the scene in the same vehicle with an undisclosed amount of cash in hand.

No shots were fired and neither the employees nor the customers in the establishment at the time were injured.

Witnesses noted that the champagne coloured XL-7 was seen traversing the area just before the incident occurred.
