Kelvin Samuel had a season’s best 35 points and the East out scored the CCT Legs 24-13 in the fourth quarter as they beat the defending champs, 81-68 in BVI Basketball Federation League play.

Samuel also has nine rebounds, four blocks and three steals.

David “Bolo” Lettsome followed up with 16 points, 13 rebounds and seven steals and Eustace “Boss” Freeman added 12 points and pulled 15 boards.

Jason Edwin led the CCT Legs with 23 points. He also had seven rebounds and four assists. Kennedy Bass added another 15 to the tally.

Nathaniel “Nat” Malone and Enrico Harrigan had 20 points respectively and All Ah We outscored the Bayside Blazers 58-37 in the second half for an 89-68 triumph.  Sandy Nadal was the bayside Blazers leading scorer with a game high 29 points. Chaurbin Smith followed up with 20.

And One used a 55-31 advantage in the second and third quarters topple the Spurs, 101-58. Jachoy Walwyn paved the way with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Demoi Hodge and Akeep Nibbs tossed in another 13 points each. Osca Herrera was the Spurs’ top scorer with 14 points.

Joel Douglas dropped in 25 points and Vadelle Ible 20 as the Spartans raced to a 54-30 half time advantage during a 96-73 win over the Spurs—their second weekend loss. Ryan Richardson and Devante Brewley scored 15 points respectively for the Spurs.

The Kings trimmed Game Boys, 102-76. Sean Woods and Juan Hachette had 20 and 19 points each. Shaquille Fonseca had 23 to lead Game Boys.
