The two-day inaugural Home and Garden Expo that was hosted by the Relyon Marketing Group and the Home and Garden Magazine at Noel Lloyd Positive Actions Movement Park proved to be a great showcase for home, garden vendors and household service providers in the British Virgin Islands. The 14 -15 September event was held under the theme: “The ultimate trade show for resourceful living.”
At the Expo homeowners curiously perused exhibits from vendors, and gathered contact information for various household needs. Booths owners displayed a wide array items that included plants, tiles, and general landscaping solutions.
Persons who do not own their own property were not left out as exotic, rare, and even handmade decorative furnishings were prominently showcased at the Expo.
Marketing Director of the Relyon Marketing Group Elton Callwood said that he is optimistic that this inaugural Home and Garden Expo will redefine the way such events are staged locally.
“We aim to ensure that patrons achieve a holistic experience with improved knowledge and understanding of the products and services on display. Participants/exhibitors are intimately involved in the home and garden market and thus are able to mount an aesthetically compelling and detailed demonstration of their product or service,” Callwood said.
“It is our hope that visitors leave the expo armed with practical knowledge, new found inspiration and an array of professional contacts to help them make positive changes in their lives,” Callwood concluded.
