The James Todman Construction Company made another contribution to the healthcare sector of the Territory with a donation on Monday 30 March to the Nurse Iris O’Neal Medical Centre in Virgin Gorda.
The donation was announced at the groundbreaking ceremony of the facility. Owner of the company Mr. James Todman made the pledge before the signing of the contract for the construction of the facility. He announced that the donation of $28,000 was being made in celebration of his company’s 28th anniversary.
In 2012 in celebration of James Todman Construction’s 25th anniversary a cheque of $25,000 was donated towards purchasing an ambulance for Peebles Hospital.
It was announced that one of the first projects of the company was the Fire and Rescue Services building in 1989. Since then James Todman Construction company has left its mark throughout the Virgin Islands landscape.
The only building the company has not had the pleasure of constructing is a school.
