Sudden death of Police Inspector Dionisio Scatliffe
The Royal Virgin Islands Police Force is mourning the death of 41-year-old Police Inspector Dionisio Scatliffe, after his sudden passing on Sunday, 25 March.
According to a source of the Police Press Department, Inspector Scatliffe reportedly took ill and died while paying a visit in Virgin Gorda. At 2:30 am on the same date, Virgin Gorda Police were summoned to an apartment building where Inspector Scatliffe was met in an unconscious state. He was then examined by a local doctor and officially pronounced dead. A post-mortem was carried out on Tuesday, 27 March.
