Young man stabbed to death at Brewers Bay

Police Detectives have arrested two young men, ages 18 and 21, in connection with the murder of 21-year-old Jermaine Brown, a
native of St. Thomas, USVI, and a resident of Scatliffe Alley, Road Town.

According to Force Press Officer Station Sergeant Patrick Harewood, Brown reportedly suffered multiple stab wounds at a function
in Brewers Bay as a result of an alleged altercation between himself and one of two suspects currently in police custody.
Station Sergeant Harewood added that immediately following the incident, which reportedly during early morning hours, Brown was
rushed to Peebles Hospital while the suspects were taken into custody by an officer on duty at the time. A knife, believed to be the
murder weapon, was also confiscated by the officer.

The news about the death of Brown was later announced at 01:58 a.m. on the same date. His family was later officially informed by
the police. The suspects, who have not been formally charged at this time, remain in police custody, pending a full-scale investigation.
