ITALIAN TRAVEL MAGAZINE FEATURES BVI

Jumbo-sized Italian travel magazine "Gente Viaggi" published by Milan-based Rusconi Editore is featuring in its April edition the most beautiful places on earth. At the top of the list is the British Virgin Islands.

The 19-page feature article penned by Marco Fini is replete with beautiful colour photographs by Andrea Pistolesi. "A paradise for a few happy tourists, the BVI is keen on conservation and safeguard of its past which includes galleons, treasures and pirates. And most surprising is the presence of several Italian entrepreneurs," is the caption to the headline.

Breathtaking pictures include Savannah Bay, Virgin Gorda, Marina Cay, Green Cay, Sage Mountain Rain Forest, The Baths, Cane Garden Bay, Elizabeth Bay, Nanny Cay, Soper's Hole, and the Queen Elizabeth Bridge Shack. Properties receiving extensive coverage are mostly those owned and managed by Italians such as the Morettis and Paradisis at Mango Bay, Virgin Gorda, the Puglieses at Brandywine Bay, and the Arduinis, Lambert Beach Resort.

Featured are also Little Dix Bay Hotel, Bitter End Yacht Club, Guavaberry Spring Bay Vacation Homes, Peter Island Resort, Long Bay Resort, and Biras Creek.
