MACHETE INCIDENT

On March 6, 2004 at 2:10p.m., Police received a report of an incident at
Hodge's Creek involving a machete.

Police quickly responded to the scene and conducted enquiries.
Investigations reveal that an argument ensued between Ianta Antoine and
three females. According to a police news release, reportedly, it was
during the heated argument that Ianta grabbed a machete from the side of
her house and chased one of the women, namely Sybil Williamson.
Also according to police sources, Williamson fell to the ground and was
struck several times on her left hand with the machete. She was transported
to the hospital and treated for two lacerations, one of which received
sixteen sutures.

Police subsequently arrested 41-year-old Ianta Antoine of Hodge's Creek
for wounding. She has been charged and bail was granted in the sum of
$2000.00 with one surety to appear at court on March 10, 2004.

UPDATE ON COUNTERFEIT MONIES ARREST

On February 27, 2004 Nelford Maduro and Marcus Lloyd appeared at
Magistrate's Court. Nelford Maduro received bail in the sum of $8000.00
with one surety and Marcus Lloyd received bail in the sum of $10,000.00
with one surety for their appearance in court on April 28th, 2004.
According to police sources, this court action is a result of two search
warrants that were executed: on February 26, 2004 at 7:00 a.m., Police
executed a search warrant at the residence

Nelford Maduro of Harrigan's Estate. As a result of the search, two
counterfeit fifty dollars bills were found. Nelford Maduro was formally
arrested and charged with being in possession of counterfeit currency.
On February 26, 2004 at 7:10 a.m. Police executed a search warrant at the
residence of one 32-year-old Marcus Lloyd of Harrigan's Estate. As a
result of the search, Police arrested Marcus Lloyd for two counts of
assault, possession of Cannabis, possession of ammunition and being in the possession of $7300.00 counterfeit US currency.
